What you will do
- Partner with sales teams to provide technical expertise during pre-sales and post-sales phases
- Plan, coordinate, and facilitate hackathons at prospective customer sites with up to 200 attendees
- Travel up to 25% to support on-site customer events and technical engagements
- Conduct product demonstrations tailored to non-technical audiences such as PMs, Designers, and Operations teams
- Lead technical discovery sessions focused on prototyping, internal tooling, and workflow automation use cases
- Create educational content and provide hands-on technical support during customer onboarding
Requirements
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to the Bay Area (Foster City, CA)
- 3+ years experience in Sales Engineer or technical sales roles, preferably in SaaS or no-code/low-code tools
- Strong coding skills at junior software engineer level or higher
- Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Comfortable with frequent travel (up to 25%) for customer events
- Passion for AI and democratizing software creation
