What you will do

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements including SaaS, cloud services, NDAs, and statements of work.
• Provide legal counsel on data privacy, security, and artificial intelligence matters.
• Develop and maintain standard templates for recurring commercial transactions.
• Collaborate with sales, data privacy, security, and product teams to ensure alignment with company processes.
• Monitor legal and regulatory developments affecting cloud-based software solutions.
• Support initiatives to improve contracting standards, playbooks, and best practices.

Requirements

• Law degree from an accredited law school and active bar membership in any US State or Territory.
• Must have the right to reside and work within the United States.
• 2+ years of relevant legal experience, preferably in an in-house role.
• Strong skills in contract drafting, negotiation, and stakeholder communication.
• Ability to provide practical, business-oriented legal solutions in a fast-paced environment.
• Confidence in a customer-facing role with strong conversational skills.
