Location: In-person role based in Menlo Park, CA or Dublin, CA. This is not a remote position.

Salary: $177,000 – $232,000

What you will do

• Partner with Sales, SD, and CX teams to drive revenue through the structure and closure of transactional agreements.
• Provide sound legal advice and guidance on business-related issues to senior leadership.
• Manage risk and ensure compliance needs are accurately reflected in all agreements.
• Develop and deliver internal training on legal issues and contract processes.
• Support the continuous improvement and automation of contracting forms, policies, and processes.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of legal experience, including in-house experience at a high-growth enterprise SaaS company.
• Law degree from an accredited U.S. law school and licensed to practice law in the U.S. for a minimum of 5 years.
• Strong background in SaaS-centric issues including revenue recognition, tax, privacy, security, and intellectual property.
• Experience drafting and negotiating Statements of Work (SOW) for professional services.
• Exceptional analytical, drafting, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to execute both strategically and tactically in a fast-paced environment.
