What you will do

• Own the end-to-end commercial contracting process, including customer, partnership, vendor, and SaaS agreements.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to business teams, providing clear, practical guidance on legal and risk issues.
• Identify and manage complex legal questions involving ERISA, privacy, data rights, and product compliance.
• Scale the legal function by implementing CLM systems, building templates, and integrating AI tools.
• Partner with Product Counsel to support the development and launch of new products and features.
• Collaborate on corporate and governance projects as the company continues to scale.

Requirements

• 7+ years of legal experience, with significant in-house time at a high-growth, fast-paced company.
• Strong commercial contracting background, specifically with B2B and SaaS agreements.
• Must be admitted to the bar and in good standing in any U.S. state.
• Proven ability to translate complex legal conclusions into practical business guidance.
• AI-fluent with experience using modern tools for drafting, review, and redlining.
• Must be based in the United States.
