Location: Must be based in the United States (Hybrid work model).

Salary: $162,600 – $200,900 per year.

What you will do

  • Review, revise, and negotiate MSAs, DPAs, order forms, and NDAs for the sales team.
  • Lead vendor contract reviews in partnership with internal stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain commercial legal infrastructure, including templates, playbooks, and intake workflows.
  • Provide business-oriented legal guidance to Finance, Accounting, and Trust teams.
  • Identify and implement AI-driven solutions to improve legal operational efficiency.
  • Stay updated on evolving AI regulations and privacy frameworks.

Requirements

  • J.D. and active bar membership in at least one U.S. jurisdiction required.
  • 3-5 years of in-house or law firm experience in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Familiarity with privacy frameworks like GDPR and CCPA.
  • Experience managing high-volume commercial transactions.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate legal concepts for non-lawyers.
  • Genuine curiosity about AI tools and legal tech.

Nice to have

  • Experience with contract management systems such as Ironclad.
