Salary: $202,000 - $229,000

What you will do

• Partner with product and engineering teams on the development and release of new features.
• Advise Product Marketing on go-to-market plans and materials.
• Conduct comprehensive legal reviews of new products, features, and UI/UX flows.
• Gain deep expertise in specific product areas and R&D processes to serve as a trusted cross-functional partner.

Requirements

• JD from an accredited law school and U.S.-qualified (California bar membership or registered in-house counsel preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in-house at a SaaS company or at a law firm specializing in technology transactions.
• Must be based in San Francisco to adhere to the hybrid office-centric schedule.
• Strong collaboration skills for working with both legal and non-legal stakeholders.
• Excellent legal and business judgment with the ability to communicate risks in plain language.

Nice to have

• Experience in artificial intelligence, consumer protection, or payments.
• Experience with productivity software, international compliance, or technical integrations/iPaaS.
