TL;DR

Location: Hybrid (Washington, DC) - In-office attendance required Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday

Salary: $285,000 – $310,000

What you will do

  • Provide legal guidance on contract law, privacy, data protection, consumer protection, employment, and commercial litigation.
  • Oversee the company-wide contract review and execution process.
  • Draft and negotiate major commercial contracts with merchant partners, data providers, and vendors.
  • Leverage AI to increase productivity and efficiency across all legal matters.
  • Manage relationships and deliverables with outside counsel firms.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience as a practicing attorney in-house or at a law firm.
  • J.D. degree and membership in at least one US state bar.
  • Extensive expertise in drafting and negotiating large commercial contracts.
  • Must be based in or able to work from the DC office in a hybrid capacity.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively across all organizational levels.
