What you will do

• Own and improve core People Ops processes across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and role changes.
• Maintain HRIS data integrity and workflows using Rippling.
• Support compensation cycles, benchmarking, and the administration of global benefits programs.
• Assist with international employment setup and ongoing operations via EORs and payroll coordination.
• Coordinate interview scheduling across multiple time zones and manage the candidate experience.
• Identify and implement opportunities to leverage AI and automation to reduce manual HR work.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in People Operations, HR, or Total Rewards.
• Must be based in the United Kingdom, Ireland, Spain, Portugal, or the Netherlands.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, scaling startup or tech environment.
• Proven ability to manage high-quality people data across systems with strict discretion.
• Strong communication skills and a service-oriented mindset.

Nice to have

• Experience optimizing workflows and integrations within Rippling.
• Proficiency in using Notion as a structured, scalable documentation system.
• Hands-on experience with payroll/HR ops in Spain, UK, Netherlands, France, Ireland, or Portugal.
• Familiarity with EOR providers such as Oyster.
• Relevant HR or payroll certifications (e.g., CIPD, PHR/SPHR, CPP).
