Salary: $75,000 - $85,000 per year

What you will do
- Coordinate end-to-end onboarding operations, including scheduling, logistics, and content management.
- Manage internal swag logistics, milestone programs, and company store inventory.
- Lead execution logistics for annual experience surveys and synthesize data into actionable insights.
- Configure and maintain learning systems while coordinating training session logistics.
- Draft and distribute organization-wide communications, ensuring brand alignment and editorial consistency.
- Utilize generative AI tools to draft content, edit materials, and improve operational efficiency.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in an HR/People Operations coordination or specialist role.
- Proven experience in a fast-paced SaaS or technology environment.
- Strong foundation in administering HR programs such as onboarding, recognition, or engagement surveys.
- Proficiency with HR tools and platforms.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to handle sensitive data with strict confidentiality.
- Must be based in or able to work from the Chicago office in a hybrid capacity.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with AI tools for drafting communications or optimizing operational workflows.
- Experience with Confluence, LMS, or similar HR/collaboration tools.
