What you will do
- Own the international employee lifecycle end-to-end, focusing on onboarding, offboarding, and consistency across markets.
- Design and automate core HR workflows within Rippling, Deel, and other adjacent people systems.
- Project manage new country entries, entity launches, and develop a scalable global expansion playbook.
- Develop and maintain compliant global employee handbooks and policy documentation.
- Partner with the Total Rewards team to maintain consistent global benefits, pensions, and statutory entitlements.
- Serve as the operational owner for the Amsterdam office, managing workplace experience and vendor relationships.
Requirements
- 5+ years in international People Operations, HR Operations, or Global Mobility.
- Direct experience with entity launches and EOR management.
- Proficiency in configuring and automating workflows in HRIS and EOR platforms (Rippling and Deel experience preferred).
- Strong knowledge of Dutch employment law and the Amsterdam regulatory environment.
- Fluent English proficiency.
- Practical experience using AI and automation tools to scale People Ops execution.
