hirify.global is a fast-growing cybersecurity company that provides the NodeZero platform for autonomous pentesting to help organizations proactively find and fix exploitable attack vectors.

What you will do

  • Own the international employee lifecycle end-to-end, focusing on onboarding, offboarding, and consistency across markets.
  • Design and automate core HR workflows within Rippling, Deel, and other adjacent people systems.
  • Project manage new country entries, entity launches, and develop a scalable global expansion playbook.
  • Develop and maintain compliant global employee handbooks and policy documentation.
  • Partner with the Total Rewards team to maintain consistent global benefits, pensions, and statutory entitlements.
  • Serve as the operational owner for the Amsterdam office, managing workplace experience and vendor relationships.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in international People Operations, HR Operations, or Global Mobility.
  • Direct experience with entity launches and EOR management.
  • Proficiency in configuring and automating workflows in HRIS and EOR platforms (Rippling and Deel experience preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of Dutch employment law and the Amsterdam regulatory environment.
  • Fluent English proficiency.
  • Practical experience using AI and automation tools to scale People Ops execution.
