What you will do

• Support employees throughout their AILY journey from onboarding to offboarding.
• Maintain HRIS and payroll data accurately and timely.
• Manage the Madrid office and facilities, ensuring an 11-star employee experience.
• Contribute ideas and feedback to constantly improve People operations and get involved in new projects.

Requirements

• Prior experience in an HR/People operations role.
• Sound understanding of Spanish employment law and core HR policies/processes.
• Experience working with HRIS, MS Excel, Word, and SharePoint.
• English: Proficient required.
• Spanish: Proficient required.

Nice to have

• Prior experience in office management or high-touch service/hospitality.
• Startup / scale-up experience.
