Salary: $81,827 - $114,545 (based on WA range, other sites may differ)

What you will do

• Create 3D models, detail part drawings, assemblies, and interface control documents.
• Support configuration development and engineering trade studies.
• Apply practical approaches to hardware fabrication and cost impacts.
• Collaborate with vertically integrated teams on materials and manufacturing processes.
• Review and approve technical drawings for aerospace hardware.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or refugee/asylee.
• 3+ years of experience in automotive, aircraft, or spacecraft structures.
• Strong mechanical design and integration skills using 3D CAD software.
• Familiarity with GD&T analysis per ASME Y14.5.
• Experience with structural design of metallic components and assemblies.

Nice to have

• Experience with Creo (Pro/E) and Windchill 10.
• Knowledge of composite structures design and fabrication.
• Familiarity with analysis tools like Nastran, ANSYS, or Abaqus.
• Experience with cryogenic operating environments.
