What you will do

• Provide sustaining engineering support for UAV product lines and commercial applications.
• Manage product line configuration and change orders using Agile PLM systems.
• Develop and maintain manufacturing drawings, bills of materials (BOM), and operator manuals.
• Coordinate the transition of new products and variants into production.
• Collaborate with suppliers, purchasing, and planning to resolve technical production issues.
• Perform failure analysis and provide technical customer support.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related engineering field.
• 2-5 years of experience in engineering design and product production support.
• Experience with UAVs, RF, digital electronics, and PCB layout.
• Proficiency in CAD (Altium) and ASME Y14 drawing standards.
• Lean Six Sigma experience or Green Belt certification.
• Must be a U.S. person (Citizen, Green Card, or protected individual) per ITAR/EAR requirements.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Agile PLM data management.
• Knowledge of configuration management standards (MIL-HDBK-61A, EIA-649-B).
