What you will do

• Build trusted relationships with legal teams to incorporate AI into their daily practice.
• Design and lead onboarding sessions and training workshops to maximize platform value.
• Partner with Customer Success and Account Executives to drive expansion and renewals.
• Identify adoption barriers and implement strategies to overcome them through legal empathy.
• Translate legal practice needs into actionable feedback for product and engineering teams.
• Create customer-facing content such as use case guides and training materials.

Requirements

• JD or equivalent legal qualification.
• 5+ years of experience practicing law in-house at a Fortune 500/tech company or a top-tier law firm (Vault 50).
• Strong executive presence and ability to establish credibility with key decision-makers.
• Outstanding presentation and demo skills for legal and executive audiences.
• Deep understanding of legal processes and challenges faced by professionals.
• Must be located in New York or San Francisco.
