What you will do

• Define and drive the AI factory at-scale and sovereign solution vision, roadmap, and features aligned to customer needs and HPE strategic goals.
• Identify and validate AI factory opportunities through market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews; translate findings into solution ideas and software features.
• Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and presales architects to produce technical specifications and prototypes and decide build/partner/buy for key software components.
• Oversee end-to-end solution lifecycle: feature ideation, MVP development, launch, iteration, and scaling; monitor performance using KPIs and iterate based on data insights.
• Coordinate with legal, finance, pricing, and supply chain to set up and manage resale contracts for commercial software.
• Develop go-to-market strategies, pricing models, support strategies, and customer enablement materials; ensure compliance with ethical AI standards and data privacy/sovereignty (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).

Requirements

• Hybrid role with an expectation to work on average 2 days per week from an HPE office.
• 10+ years of product management experience, including at least 5 years focused on AI/ML products or solutions.
• Proven ability to build large-scale AI solutions combining hardware, software, and services into a cohesive offering.
• Strong understanding of AI technologies and the AI/ML lifecycle (training, tuning, inferencing), including large language models, computer vision, and cloud-based AI platforms (e.g., AWS SageMaker, Microsoft Azure ML, Google AI).
• Experience launching successful AI products using agile methodologies and tools like Jira.
• Background in High Performance Computing (HPC) and experience blending it with AI workloads is an advantage.

• US base salary range: $160,000–$303,000 annually in Colorado; $152,000–$349,000 annually in Texas (base salary; variable incentives may apply).
