Senior Product Management Analyst (Life & Retirement)

Location: Fully remote or hybrid at office locations in Springfield, IL; Plano, TX; Madison, WI; or Cherry Hill, NJ. Periodic travel to industry conferences and meetings may be required.

Salary: $76,600–$106,450 annually, plus bonus.

What you will do

• Conduct competitive analysis, industry product analytics, and market research for the Life & Retirement product portfolio.
• Support product strategy, positioning, product development activities, and lifecycle management.
• Coordinate monthly competitive benchmarking for life and annuity crediting rates and prepare reports for executive leadership.
• Maintain competitive intelligence reports, benchmarking tools, product documentation, and product specifications.
• Facilitate requirements discussions with Product Strategy, Actuarial, Marketing, Distribution, Operations, Information Technology, and other stakeholders.
• Support illustration modifications and enhancements while identifying process and system improvement opportunities.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in Life and/or Retirement product management, competitive intelligence, or product strategy.
• Strong knowledge of Life & Retirement products and related regulatory requirements.
• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, written communication, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple complex priorities accurately and work independently while collaborating across business functions.

Nice to have

• Experience with third-party competitive intelligence tools and data sources.
• Experience with data analytics and visualization.
• Experience with life and retirement illustration or quoting platforms.
• Familiarity with state and Compact product filings.
