What you will do

• Lead multi-discipline teams of engineers and technicians to meet project deliverables.
• Manage diverse substation projects across design services and EPC programs.
• Oversee design quality, project budgets, and schedules.
• Act as the primary technical lead for complex substation projects.
• Support client interaction, proposals, and business development activities.
• Manage the hiring, discipline, and pay administration of subordinates.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years of related work experience.
• Experience managing EPC or design services for substations/switchyards in the US.
• Strong understanding of project lifecycle, layout design, and relay protection & control.
• Must be able to complete pre-employment background checks and drug screens.

Nice to have

• P.E. License.
