What you will do

• Coordinate field activities and streamline workflows between various subcontractors.
• Act as the primary liaison between the customer representative and the project site team.
• Provide safety and quality oversight to ensure compliance with company and industry standards.
• Manage project documentation, including daily/weekly reports, logs, and field changes.
• Oversee material procurement, inspection, and storage procedures on-site.
• Conduct regular safety and quality inspections and audits to maintain project integrity.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States and able to work 100% on-site in the field.
• 5+ years of experience as a high-voltage substation or industrial overhead electrical line supervisor/foreman.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Microsoft Project.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and maintain a valid driver's license with a successful Motor Vehicle Report.
• Strong communication skills for managing subcontractors and customer relations.
