What you will do

• Drive end-to-end delivery of RPA and Agentic AI projects using Agile methodologies.
• Manage project scope, timelines, and budgets across multiple client engagements simultaneously.
• Elicit, document, and prioritize business and technical requirements to keep delivery pods supplied with code-ready work.
• Create Process Design Documents (PDDs) and Solution Design Documents (SDDs).
• Act as the primary bridge between business stakeholders and technical delivery pods, translating complex concepts into clear business language.
• Support presales activities by contributing to scoping, estimation, and proposal preparation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of combined experience in Business Analysis and/or Project Management within IT or automation contexts.
• Hands-on experience with UiPath and/or Blue Prism (non-negotiable).
• Proven track record of delivering RPA, Intelligent Automation, or Test Automation projects end-to-end.
• Proficiency in process modelling standards (UML/BPMN) and Agile project management tools (Jira).
• Must be based in Mexico.

Nice to have

• UiPath Certified Professional Business Analyst (UiBA) or equivalent certification.
• PMP, Scrum Master (CSM), or other project management certifications.
• Exposure to Generative AI, IDP, or Process Mining tools (e.g., Celonis).
• Experience with onsite–offshore coordination models.
