What you will do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of hirify.global Studio and Digital Worker implementations for high-stakes enterprise accounts.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, defining milestones, resource requirements, and critical paths.
• Coordinate between internal delivery teams (FDEs, Consultants) and customer-side project teams.
• Manage multi-departmental stakeholders in large regulated multinational organizations and provide transparent reporting.
• Facilitate regular sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospective meetings to ensure alignment.
• Continuously refine delivery methodologies and document best practices in the internal knowledge base.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience managing complex technology projects in enterprise software (SaaS), AI, or automation.
• Strong command of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Technical literacy in APIs, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure), and LLMs.
• Experience managing stakeholders in large regulated multinational organizations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Spanish and English.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time to client sites or offices.

Nice to have

• Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Certified Scrum Master (CSM).
• Prior experience in Digital Transformation, RPA, or Business Process Management (BPM).
• Passion for AI and a preference for flat organizational structures.
