What you will do

• Assess and document existing content authoring and QA processes, identifying manual steps, bottlenecks, and inefficiencies.
• Identify automation opportunities (e.g., RPA, system integrations, workflow optimization) to improve efficiency and reduce errors.
• Write functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria to guide automation development.
• Collaborate with Automation Developers, QA Automation Specialists, and the Program Manager to design and implement automation solutions.
• Define and track KPIs to measure the effectiveness of implemented automation.
• Share process knowledge as a subject matter expert to ensure alignment and clear communication.

Requirements

• English: Advanced level.
• 2–4 years of experience in Business Analysis, Process Improvement, or related roles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify inefficiencies and design effective solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English for documentation and team collaboration.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Solutions-oriented mindset with a passion for process optimization and automation.

Nice to have

• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Process modeling experience (e.g., BPMN) and/or workflow automation tools (e.g., RPA platforms).
• Knowledge of programming languages, scripting, or APIs.
• Experience with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Miro).
• Experience with digital content management systems (e.g., Adobe Experience Manager).
