What you will do

• Gather and document business and platform requirements, translating them into functional specifications.
• Act as a bridge between business, product, and engineering teams to ensure alignment.
• Support workflow orchestration and low-code platform configurations.
• Maintain RBAC models, policies, and decision layer logic.
• Contribute to knowledge asset delivery, including runbooks, UAT test cases, and troubleshooting guides.
• Distinguish and document bug vs feature requests to support proper triage and escalation.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Business Analysis.
• Hands-on or conceptual experience with low-code/no-code platforms and workflow configuration.
• Understanding of policy engines, decision-making frameworks, and RBAC design.
• Experience working in both product development and managed services environments.
• Knowledge of compliance frameworks and regulatory requirements.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business needs into functional specifications.

Nice to have

• Exposure to AI/LLM or conversational voice platforms.
• Experience with contact center, IVR, or telephony platform documentation.
• Familiarity with SaaS platform support workflows and SLA-driven environments.
• Experience creating runbooks or technical knowledge base content.
