What you will do

• Identify opportunities for process improvements utilizing automation and AI.
• Define and evaluate AI use cases to ensure alignment with business goals.
• Translate business needs into clear requirements, including workflows and data needs.
• Create and maintain documentation such as process maps, use cases, and data flows.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to support design, testing, and rollout.
• Track automation initiatives and follow established governance and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 2–4 years of experience in a Business Analyst or similar role.
• Exposure to automation, workflow improvement, or AI-related projects.
• Knowledge of technical concepts including APIs, data structures, and system integrations.
• Familiarity with AI/automation tools, such as conversational AI or low-code platforms.
• Experience working within Agile teams.
