TL;DR

Sr Analyst Corporate FP&A (Finance): Managing monthly close reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes for the Office of the CFO and Business Units with an accent on variance analysis and G&A expense tracking. Focus on preparing financial results for Senior Leadership, supporting SEC/Board reporting, and building complex Excel-based financial models.

Location: Must be based in Dublin, Ohio (expected to work in the office at least 4 days a week)

Salary: $81,000 - $138,000 Annually

What you will do

  • Compile monthly detailed financial results and variance analysis for presentation to Senior Leadership.
  • Support the preparation and analysis of the Annual Operating Plan.
  • Collaborate with Financial Reporting and Investor Relations to meet Quarterly SEC and Board reporting requirements.
  • Manage the monthly forecast process with a specific focus on G&A spend across functional partners.
  • Conduct ad-hoc analyses and vendor financial reviews to support key business decisions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting.
  • 2 to 4 years of experience in a financial analysis position within a large organization.
  • Solid knowledge of GAAP and application of financial, analytical, and budgetary techniques.
  • Ability to create and manage databases and complex Excel-based financial models.
  • Must be able to work from the Dublin, OH office at least 4 days a week.

Nice to have

  • MBA or CPA qualification.
  • Previous experience with Big 4 accounting firms.
  • Experience in a multi-unit restaurant or retail environment.
