What you will do

• Support the development of annual and quarterly budgets and financial plans.
• Partner with major operating pillars to translate operational plans into budgets and provide financial performance insights.
• Build ad hoc analyses and repeatable frameworks to enable faster executive decision-making.
• Design and implement clear budget vs. actual reporting packages and cadences.
• Collaborate with Accounting to enhance month-end close processes.
• Drive process improvements and optimization across all financial operations.

Requirements

• Ability to lawfully access information and technology subject to US export controls.
• 5+ years of experience in analytical roles such as FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking, or management consulting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
• Elite financial modeling skills.
• Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis at project and departmental levels.
• Familiarity with ERPs and financial planning tools such as Oracle and Datarails.

Nice to have

• Experience analyzing multi-stage manufacturing processes or capital-intensive businesses.
• Familiarity with the Aerospace & Defense GTM cycle, including program-based pricing and contracting.
