What you will do
- Lead the development and growth of Salesforce-related commercial opportunities within the UK market.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with Salesforce Account Executives, RVPs, and Industry Leads.
- Originate opportunities through thought leadership, strategic points of view, and content-led conversations.
- Engage senior client stakeholders in strategic discussions regarding CX, data, AI, and operating model transformation.
- Collaborate with global and nearshore delivery teams to create compelling and scalable propositions.
- Serve as a visible and credible Salesforce specialist both internally and in the UK market.
Requirements
- 10-15+ years of experience in consulting, advisory, or transformation-led commercial roles.
- Professional background at Senior Manager or early Managing Director level within a leading consulting or systems integration firm.
- Deep understanding of Salesforce-enabled transformation across Core CRM, Marketing, Data, and AI.
- Proven ability to sell and shape complex, multi-cloud transformation programmes.
- Consultative mindset with the ability to lead through insights rather than product features.
- Must be based in the UK and able to attend the London office to meet hybrid requirements.
