What you will do
- Serve as the primary strategic client lead for key accounts, owning executive relationships and providing thought leadership on loyalty, CX, and CRM.
- Drive business development efforts by identifying new opportunities, leading proposals, and securing account growth.
- Lead the design and delivery of large-scale strategy engagements, ensuring successful outcomes and adherence to project budgets and timelines.
- Provide senior strategic oversight and quality assurance for all deliverables, ensuring insights are actionable and presentations are executive-ready.
- Mentor and manage multi-disciplinary delivery teams, fostering a culture of excellence and overseeing professional development.
- Contribute to firm-wide intellectual capital by developing proprietary methodologies and representing the firm at industry events.
Requirements
- 8+ years of progressive strategy or management consulting experience from a top-tier firm or Big 4 environment.
- Deep expertise as a Subject Matter Expert in Loyalty strategy, including program design and technology integration.
- Extensive experience leading large-scale CX and CRM transformation initiatives using platforms like Salesforce, Adobe Experience Cloud, or Braze.
- Proven track record of leading complex engagements and building trusted advisor relationships with C-suite executives.
- Strong business development acumen with a history of scoping projects and driving revenue growth.
- Willingness and flexibility to undertake significant domestic and international travel as required by client demands.
