What you will do

• Help run the Operations Scaling Plan and support key transformation forums.
• Analyze and solve complex operational questions regarding scaling support and enterprise value.
• Build business cases and recommendations for new operational ideas and service improvements.
• Take end-to-end ownership of operational initiatives, research projects, and process optimizations.
• Monitor external trends and competitor developments to shape the evolution of Operations.
• Utilize AI tools to automate manual processes and improve data synthesis.

Requirements

• Must be based in the UK
• Prior experience as a Junior Strategy Consultant, Strategy Associate, or equivalent.
• Proven track record of solving complex problems in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data and logic to support decision-making.
• Ability to work in ambiguity and bring structure to complex, messy problems.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and drive progress across teams.

• Experience working closely with product, engineering, or data teams.
• Experience working on zero-to-one projects or products.
• Experience working on transformation programmes.
