What you will do

• Own release planning, scheduling, and go/no-go criteria across multiple teams and services.
• Design and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions.
• Manage branching, versioning, and release strategies for .NET, React, and PHP codebases.
• Enforce quality gates by integrating Selenium and Playwright automated test suites.
• Coordinate deployments across environments and manage rollback and recovery procedures.
• Establish release metrics to drive process improvements and champion release automation.

Requirements

• 5+ years in release management, DevOps, or build/release engineering.
• 2+ years in a senior or lead capacity.
• Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
• Hands-on expertise with Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions.
• Experience integrating automated testing into release pipelines.
• Familiarity with .NET, React, and PHP application stacks.

Nice to have

• Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Bicep).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS).
• Experience in regulated or compliance-driven environments (SOC 2, ISO).
