What you will do

• Design, configure, and administer Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and Copilot.
• Harden Entra ID security through conditional access, identity protection, and role-based access control.
• Develop automation scripts and CI/CD pipelines using PowerShell, Azure DevOps, and GitHub.
• Investigate security incidents using Microsoft 365 Defender, Sentinel, and KQL queries.
• Collaborate with security teams to maintain DLP, retention, and eDiscovery compliance.
• Mentor junior team members and maintain technical documentation and architectural standards.

Requirements

• Must be currently authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis (no visa sponsorship available).
• Bachelor’s degree with 9+ years of IT experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on administration experience with Microsoft 365 and Entra ID in a mid- to large-enterprise environment.
• Expert-level experience with Exchange Online mail flow, transport configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Strong proficiency in KQL for security analytics and PowerShell for automation.
• Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools like Azure DevOps or GitHub.

Nice to have

• Experience with Microsoft Graph API for integration and reporting.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Sentinel or similar SIEM platforms.
• Experience with container platforms like Kubernetes/AKS.
• Experience with LSoft List-Plex.
