What you will do

• Lead a team of DevOps engineers, providing mentorship and fostering a high-performance culture.
• Manage and optimize multi-cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure) for MDM, RIQ, and RDM services.
• Implement Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) using Terraform and Helm Charts.
• Streamline software delivery by enhancing CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and ArgoCD.
• Collaborate with Product, InfoSec, and Development teams to align platform requirements.
• Integrate security controls into DevOps processes and maintain technical documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 8-10 years of experience in DevOps Engineering.
• 3-5 years of experience leading technical teams.
• Strong proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Hands-on experience with IaC tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Expertise in CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and ArgoCD.

Nice to have

• Experience with monitoring tools: Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, or OpenTelemetry.
• Knowledge of agile development methodologies.
