What you will do
- Design, implement, and operate internal developer platforms and self-service infrastructure provisioning.
- Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows using GitHub Actions, Jenkins, ArgoCD, and related tooling.
- Apply SRE practices (SLIs, SLOs, error budgets, DORA metrics) to improve delivery performance and reliability.
- Create golden paths, service templates, scaffolding tools, and standardized engineering workflows to accelerate delivery.
- Improve local development environments, CLI tooling, environment provisioning, preview deployments, and ephemeral environments.
- Develop observability dashboards and troubleshoot issues affecting developer workflows; partner with Security and Platform Ops to add secure-by-default controls.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, Platform Engineering, Developer Experience, DevOps, or related disciplines.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD technologies including GitHub Actions, Jenkins, ArgoCD (or similar).
- Experience with AWS and Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or Pulumi.
- Proficiency in scripting/automation with Python, Go, Bash, TypeScript, or similar languages.
- Experience with containerized environments and orchestration (Docker, ECS, Kubernetes).
- Ability to participate in an on-call rotation supporting production systems and developer platforms.
