What you will do

• Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Git, Jenkins, and Jira.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform, CloudFormation, and Ansible.
• Deploy and manage applications within AWS, Azure, or VA Enterprise Cloud environments.
• Integrate automated security scanning and compliance gates into delivery pipelines.
• Collaborate with security teams to support ATO documentation and vulnerability remediation.
• Optimize system performance, reliability, and scalability for mission-critical VA systems.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps, cloud engineering, or automation.
• Experience supporting federal agencies (e.g., VA, DoD, HHS, DHS).
• Hands-on proficiency with CI/CD pipelines, IaC, and cloud platforms.
• Strong understanding of federal cybersecurity frameworks including FISMA, NIST 800-53, and Zero Trust.
• Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift).
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or equivalent experience.
