Middle/Senior Business Analyst (Healthcare / Insurance / Investment & Wealth Management)

Location: Minsk, Belarus; onsite, remote, or hybrid work. Remote work is possible from any location.

What you will do

• Gather, analyze, clarify, and document business and system requirements throughout the full software development lifecycle.
• Lead workshops, interviews, discovery sessions, and stakeholder meetings with business and technical participants.
• Model existing processes, identify improvement opportunities, and translate business needs into functional and non-functional requirements.
• Prepare and maintain BRDs, SRSs, user stories, use cases, acceptance criteria, process diagrams, and other project documentation.
• Contribute to solution design, integration requirements, backlog refinement, testing, issue analysis, and go-live activities.
• Support presales by clarifying customer needs, defining scope, preparing proposals and estimates, and participating in solution presentations.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional experience as an IT Business Analyst.
• Hands-on business analysis experience in insurance, buy-side investment and wealth management, or healthcare projects.
• Strong experience with requirements elicitation, analysis, formalization, documentation, business process modeling, and system analysis.
• Understanding of software architecture, integrations, APIs, and data flows at a Business Analyst level.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and/or Waterfall delivery models and collaboration across development, QA, architecture, project management, and business teams.
• English level B2+ or higher, spoken and written.

Nice to have

• Practical experience using AI assistants such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Claude, or Gemini for requirements analysis, documentation, research, meeting preparation, and test-scenario preparation.
• Ability to critically review and validate AI-generated results.
