Product Business Analyst (Healthcare Software)

Location: Skopje, North Macedonia — hybrid work with a minimum of 2 days per week in the office

What you will do

• Gather, analyze, document, and validate business and user requirements with product managers, stakeholders, and subject matter experts.
• Create user stories, use cases, process flows, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications with clear traceability.
• Translate business needs into actionable requirements and support solution design discussions with Engineering and Quality Assurance.
• Analyze customer feedback, business processes, product usage data, and operational insights to identify product improvements.
• Support market, customer, and competitive research, roadmap planning, prioritization, dependency mapping, and impact assessments.
• Support releases through documentation, training materials, user guidance, stakeholder alignment, and requirements validation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in health informatics, biomedical informatics, life sciences, nursing, information science, or computer science.
• 1–2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a related role in software development or healthcare, including exposure to clinical workflows and systems.
• Experience with requirements elicitation, use case development, process modeling, workflow documentation, and technical documentation.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, organizational, prioritization, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
• Willingness to travel occasionally and comply with data protection, information security, confidentiality, access control, and secure communication procedures.

Nice to have

• Experience in blood banking, transfusion medicine, hospital workflows, plasma, tissue, or cell and gene therapy.
