Senior Program Analyst (ERP)

What you will do

• Align SAFe ceremonies, release cadences, and tools like JIRA to ensure consistent delivery across overlapping waves.
• Lead program management meetings, including risk reviews, Change Control Boards, and defect reviews.
• Develop intuitive Power BI dashboards to translate complex technical data into decision-ready reports.
• Maintain the Knowledge Management ecosystem, including change management plans and job aids.
• Identify program risks and perform Analysis of Alternatives (AoAs) for executive leadership.
• Implement Defect Management Strategies and coordinate hotfixes with external vendors.

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional work experience.
• Proven experience in program management support for large-scale federal IT or ERP implementations.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with senior-level management and clients.

Nice to have

• PMP, PMI-ACP, or SAFe Agilist (SA) certification.
• Experience with CGI’s Momentum Financials.
• Experience in an Agile/SAFe environment.
• VA or Federal financial management experience.
