Location: Must be based in Warsaw, Poland (Hybrid: 3 days in office, 2 days remote)

Salary: 276,000 PLN – 345,000 PLN

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of global Finance Technology programs, including planning, governance, and risk management.
• Manage and coach a team of project/program managers to ensure high-quality delivery across the portfolio.
• Partner with Finance and IT leadership to define scope, success measures, and resource requirements.
• Drive ERP deployments, process harmonization, and integration efforts across multiple regions.
• Establish program governance structures, including steering committee materials and status reporting.
• Monitor program outcomes and operational adoption metrics to ensure sustained business benefits.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in program/project management, technology delivery, or finance systems implementation.
• Certification required: PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2, or Agile.
• Proven experience leading global or multi-region programs with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of Finance processes (e.g., record-to-report, procure-to-pay, order-to-cash).
• Demonstrated experience in ERP-enabled transformations, specifically SAP or similar enterprise platforms.
• Must be able to work from the Warsaw office 3 days per week.

Nice to have

• Experience in regulated, global, or highly matrixed environments.
• Familiarity with finance-adjacent technologies such as consolidation, reconciliation, or planning platforms.
• Experience with PMO tooling, dashboarding, and executive reporting.
