Primary Care Physician (AI Healthcare)

Salary: $265,000–$320,000 per year

What you will do

• Deliver patient-centered virtual primary care within an interdisciplinary Active Care team.
• Manage complex diagnostic dilemmas, workups, and patients with multiple chronic conditions.
• Supervise, teach, and provide quality oversight for a pod of Advanced Practice Providers.
• Lead weekly interdisciplinary rounds and readmission conferences for high-risk patients.
• Drive process improvement and develop new primary care delivery approaches using AI and digital engagement.
• Build quality measures, manage pod-level quality oversight, and contribute to the primary care balanced scorecard.

Requirements

• Board certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
• Demonstrated commitment to primary care and high-quality patient care.
• Experience serving diverse patient populations.
• Commitment to measuring and improving primary care quality across a population.
• Ability to hold collaborative practice agreements with Advanced Practice Providers across multiple states.
• Ability to work remotely from the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience supervising Advanced Practice Providers or other healthcare professionals.
• Experience managing change, driving innovation, or running a clinical program.
• Experience with virtual primary care.
