Salary: $275,000–$325,000 base range plus 10% annual performance bonus

What you will do

• Design and implement a longitudinal Serious Mental Illness (SMI) care model for geriatric populations.
• Partner with engineering teams to optimize the proprietary Orinoco EMR and integrate generative AI tools.
• Provide direct psychiatric care and prescribing services for complex, medically fragile members.
• Lead multi-disciplinary case reviews and provide clinical oversight for the behavioral health team.
• Scale an asynchronous psychiatry e-consult program for primary care physicians and APPs.
• Define and track population-health KPIs to ensure quality outcomes and cost-of-care reduction.

Requirements

• Board Certification in Adult Psychiatry required.
• Minimum 2–3 years of active clinical experience managing high-acuity SMI or complex geriatric populations.
• Practical experience designing or working within Collaborative Care (CoCM) models.
• High comfort level with telehealth operations and data-driven clinical registries.
• Must be licensed in (or willing to obtain) multiple state licenses to support national virtual operations.
• Must be based in the USA.
