Salary: $200,000 – $300,000 USD (varies by location; Toronto range is $250k – $280k CAD)

What you will do
- Define the multi-year investment thesis and strategic direction for the Accountant Partner Program.
- Act as a primary external spokesperson for within the accountant partnership community and at industry events.
- Manage and develop a team of enablement managers for channel and accountant partners.
- Operationalize a cohesive, AI-leveraged operating model consolidating fragmented program components.
- Own program financial management, monitoring performance metrics such as CAC:LTV and GNARR contribution.
- Collaborate with Partner Operations and Marketing to refine the program tech stack and external positioning.
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in partner programs, channel strategy, or business development.
- Proven track record as a principal architect of partner program infrastructure (rev-share, tiered benefits, incentives).
- Experience managing and developing individual contributors in GTM or enablement functions.
- Deep expertise and recognized thought leadership in the accounting or professional services industry.
- Strong financial acumen with experience owning program P&Ls and investment models.
- AI fluency and the ability to integrate AI tools into strategic foresight and operating models.
