What you will do

  • Drive complex, multi-disciplinary technical programs to expand consumer product suites and platform capabilities.
  • Coordinate requirements, risks, and schedules across engineering and non-engineering stakeholders.
  • Analyze technical implementations at the architecture level and propose alternatives to improve effectiveness.
  • Partner with Product and Engineering to define requirements and ensure clear cross-functional communication.
  • Track progress and resolve dependencies for large-scale technology applications and distributed systems.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8+ years of proven experience managing technical programs.
  • Track record of driving complex large technology applications and geographically distributed backend systems.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with Engineering, Product, Design, and Analytics teams.
  • Must be based in Canada.

Nice to have

  • Prior experience in FinTech, Payments, or Commerce.
