Staff Technical Program Manager (Fintech)

Location: Remote Canada

Salary: CAD 153,000–213,000 per year

What you will do

• Drive complex, multidisciplinary, high-visibility technical programs supporting consumer products and platform capabilities.
• Coordinate with engineering teams, Product, and other stakeholders throughout the program lifecycle.
• Plan requirements, manage schedules, identify risks, track progress, and resolve dependencies.
• Understand implementation at the architecture level and propose technical alternatives that clarify priorities.
• Communicate program status to senior management and stakeholders while supporting teams in achieving their goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience managing technical programs.
• Experience driving complex technology applications and geographically distributed backend systems.
• Strong stakeholder management experience across Engineering, Product, Design, Analytics, and other cross-functional teams.
• Strategic, organized approach to multidisciplinary collaboration and a track record of mentoring team members.

Nice to have

• Prior experience in fintech, payments, or commerce.
