What you will do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple projects across product and engineering teams.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives involving Compliance, Risk, Security, Operations, and external partners.
• Establish governance processes, status reporting, and executive communications.
• Monitor program performance using KPIs, SLAs, and operational metrics.
• Support development and release cycles, including production deployments and change management.
• Collaborate with third-party vendors and financial institutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
• 4–7 years of experience in Technical Program or Project Management.
• 2+ years of experience supporting fintech initiatives (banking, payments, or trading).
• Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Experience managing large-scale technical projects involving APIs, cloud platforms, and distributed systems.
• Must be based in the US
• General knowledge of financial regulations (KYC, AML, Customer Risk Rating, Watchlists).

Nice to have

• Experience with embedded finance, crypto, or trading brokerages.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Understanding of data security, fraud prevention, and risk management practices.
• PMP, PgMP, Scrum Master, or SAFe certifications.
• Experience working in high-growth startups or fast-paced fintech environments.
