What you will do

• Structure and drive large-scale, cross-functional technical initiatives from inception to production.
• Lead multi-team programs, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and multi-quarter goals.
• Proactively manage dependencies, unblock progress, and define clear process flows.
• Anticipate and mitigate risks while providing structured updates to senior leadership.
• Introduce and iterate on new processes to improve team execution and operational excellence.
• Mentor and influence cross-functional teams and leadership without direct authority.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in technical program management within large-scale SaaS environments.
• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to facilitate and debate technical solutions.
• Proven history of driving programs from code complete to General Availability.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for audiences ranging from engineers to C-level executives.
• Bachelor of Science in CS, MIS, or a related technical field.
• Must be based in or able to work from the San Francisco Bay Area.
