What you will do

• Improve existing product management practices and build new systems.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering and Design to execute product vision.
• Identify gaps in the product and generate new ideas.
• Ensure accountability for business goals across partner teams.
• Create reporting dashboards for visibility and accountability.
• Communicate new feature rollouts to customers and stakeholders.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience as a product manager.
• Experience building data-intensive products and applications.
• Strong understanding of unit economics and data-driven decision making.
• Ability to engage with technical details and code.
• Experience in a fast-moving startup or late-stage SaaS/Fintech company.
• Experience in healthcare or regulated industries is a plus.
