What you will do

• Own product strategy for core product areas including note quality, clinical workflows, and personalization.
• Conduct hands-on user research by shadowing clinicians and understanding their workflows.
• Ship high-quality clinical workflows partnering with engineering, design, and ML teams.
• Integrate deeply with EHR environments such as Epic to fit clinical routines.
• Define metrics and drive outcomes through KPIs like adoption, retention, and quality scores.
• Navigate ambiguity and move fast by creating clear roadmaps and iterating based on data.

Requirements

• Must be located in the United States with hybrid work in San Francisco office.
• 5+ years of product management experience shipping user-loved products end-to-end.
• Strong user empathy and product taste with builder mentality.
• Healthcare or clinical workflow experience strongly preferred.
• Comfortable working cross-functionally with ML engineers, designers, and executives.
• Ability to manage ambiguity and create clear product roadmaps.

Nice to have

• Experience building ML/AI-powered products.
• Familiarity with Epic or other EHR platforms.
• Technical background in engineering or computer science.
• Active use of AI tools in work.
