What you will do

• Oversee and evolve UX and content design guidelines, including AI-enabled functionality to improve healthcare roles efficiency
• Lead initiatives to improve UX quality and drive AI transformation with measurable business impact
• Standardize interaction patterns and design system adoption across multiple products and teams
• Partner with Product and Engineering leadership to align strategy and mitigate risks
• Collaborate with Customer Success and other teams to address user pain points and improve experience
• Build and develop high-performing UX, content design, and user research teams with clear accountability and governance

Requirements

• Must be located in the USA (remote) with travel to Mississauga and Salt Lake City offices for events
• 10+ years experience in UX, content or product design in complex B2B technology environments
• 5+ years leading multi-disciplinary design and research organizations at scale
• Bachelor’s degree in UX, Design, IT or related field; Master’s preferred
• Proven executive-level experience influencing Product and Engineering strategy
• Expertise in scaling UX across large multi-product platforms and integrating AI into user experiences
