What you will do

• Manage the full employee life-cycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and performance management.
• Administer payroll, compensation, benefits, and visa-related requests.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations.
• Oversee office functions, including budgeting, catering, inventory, and corporate trips.
• Lead employee relations activities and engagement events to promote an inclusive, mission-driven culture.
• Build and maintain HR data analytics to support executive leadership decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 2-4 years of Human Resources or People Operations experience, preferably within a high-growth tech startup.
• Proven experience building and presenting HR data analytics.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with high professionalism.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple dynamic priorities.
• High emotional and social intelligence for fostering diverse professional relationships.
