What you will do

• Serve as the primary point of contact between executive leadership and employees.
• Manage full-cycle People Operations including onboarding, offboarding, payroll, and benefits administration.
• Oversee office functions, inventory, and budgeting to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Build and implement systems to support an inclusive and diverse company culture.
• Facilitate employee relations, internal audits, and performance management processes.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 3-5 years of HR or People Operations experience, preferably in a high-growth tech startup.
• Proven experience building and presenting HR data analytics.
• Strong emotional intelligence with the ability to foster relationships across diverse groups.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage dynamic priorities.
