Salary: $196,000 – $230,000

What you will do

  • Evolve core sales methodology to ensure a consistent, scalable approach across all segments.
  • Codify team selling models and establish clear Rules of Engagement for pre-sales, sales, and post-sales collaboration.
  • Design and operationalize seamless pre-to-post sales handoff processes to reduce churn and improve customer experience.
  • Map and refine the end-to-end customer journey to identify high-impact moments and address operational gaps.
  • Coach revenue leaders on implementing frameworks and reinforcing behaviors that drive organizational performance.
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to prioritize and execute high-impact revenue excellence initiatives.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in revenue enablement, sales strategy, or a related field.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
  • Deep expertise in sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC or Command of the Message.
  • Proven ability to build alignment across sales, post-sales, and revenue operations without direct management authority.
  • Strong experience in organizational change management and translating strategy into actionable processes.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence executive audiences.
