What you will do
- Conduct inbound-first prospecting and follow-up outreach with potential customers.
- Run cold calls and cold emails, using sales enablement technology and social selling to book meetings.
- Lead first high-level exploratory calls and qualify opportunities using the BANT methodology for handover to Enterprise Sales.
- Develop and adapt call/email scripts and outreach sequences for target market segments.
- Maintain detailed CRM notes and collaborate with cross-functional teams to brainstorm and execute new lead-generation strategies.
- Stay current on industry trends, competitors, and target market needs; use prospecting tools and software.
Requirements
- Minimum 1+ year of experience in an inbound or outbound-focused Business Development Representative role (or similar sales role).
- Strong comfort with cold-selling via email and telephone.
- Excellent research skills and attention to detail.
- Demonstrated success meeting monthly and quarterly targets.
- Third level qualification in a related discipline.
- Ability to work flexibly across responsibilities and switch between creative and analytical thinking.
